West Coast Swing has re-kindled our excitement in dance, with a variety of sounds which are more interesting, slower and open to greater interpretation than traditional modern jive music. As there were no other local regular venues within an hour drive, only the occasional workshop, we decided to search for a venue and create our own ‘club’. Hence ‘WESTCO'S' was created.

Our mission is to provide a friendly environment to enable people to dance West Coast Swing in the area (South London / East Surrey / West Kent) and to encourage others to learn this style.

We do not wish to compete with established dance organisations, schools etc., merely to provide more choice and to encourage this growing style.  West Coast Swing is the 'Next Best Thing'.
